The ETD 2012 Organizing Committee invites you to submit a proposal for a paper or poster presentation at ETD 2012: "Integrating cultures for the creation and exchange of knowledge - providing opportunities for the future".

Dates and Procedures

Authors will be able to use the online portal to view abstract approval status and to upload revised versions of the abstract. Completed, final versions of abstracts for papers are due by Monday, April 25, 2012. Notification of paper/poster acceptances will be announced to authors on June 30, 2012. Final versions of research papers for conference proceedings must be deposited in the ETD2012 paper repository by July 30, 2012. Print poster presenters must also deposit a PDF version of the final poster or e-presentation by July 30, 2012 or bring the poster with them to the conference. Electronic poster presenters may submit a multimedia version of their "poster", approximately two minutes in length, with narrative.
