YOUR ROLE
In autumn 2020, the Luxembourg Learning Centre (LLC) would like to launch LibQual, a survey to evaluate online the quality of service in university libraries (www.libqual.org).
Attached to the User Services division, you will be in charge of implementing the LibQual survey.
- You will configure the survey tool and ensure the administrative follow-up,
- You will coordinate the implementation of the communication campaign towards the library users,
- You will be responsible for monitoring the progress of the survey,
- You will analyse the results and actively contribute to the dissemination of the results to the various stakeholders.
SECONDARY TASKS
- You will occasionally participate in User Services activities (loan service, reception, registration, user orientation and information, user training),
- You will take an active part in face-to-face and remote user information activities via the Ask a Librarian and Book a Librarian services,
- You will analyze the needs of the audiences to be served,
- You will participate in the LLC's communication activities.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
Your profile
- Diploma in Library and Documentation Science (Min. Bac+5) or equivalent diploma with library experience,
- Experience in setting up user surveys in a library or cultural institution is a plus,
- Experience in management of LibQual surveys is an important asset,
- Experience in management of communication actions for the public of cultural institutions,
- Fluency in 2 out of these 3 languages: French, English and German. Fluency in Luxembourgish is an asset,
- You have proven organizational skills and are autonomous in managing your work,
- You have a good knowledge of IT tools and information technology,
- You are curious and innovative, you have good interpersonal skills and a sense of teamwork.
