Eine mit den immer wachsenden Schwierigkeiten der Ortschaft konfrontierte Bibliothekarenmannschaft hat mehrere Leistungen in Échirolles, einer in der Grenobler Siedlung von etwa 36 000 Einwohnern bevölkerten Stadt, allmählich vorgeplant und eingesetzt: persönliche und gemeinsame Ausbildung, Praktika für eine bessere Kenntnis des Publikums, kritische Evaluierung der Tätigkeit, Nachdenken über die gegenseitige Identität und die Aufträge der Bibliothek und deren Partner, Einschreiten eines Psychosoziologen und Überprüfung der Mannschaft mit Hilfe eines Therapeuten.

Confronted with increasing difficulties in the field, a team of librarians from Echirolles, a suburban town of Grenoble has set up by easy stages several actions : individual and collective training, workshop for a better knowledge of users, audit about organization, questions about the identity and the missions of the public library and its partners, the paticipation of a psychosociologist and finally the supervision of the team by a therapeutist
- Résumé : Comment faire face aux difficultés rencontrées au quotidien avec des jeunes dans une ville de banlieue ? Confrontée aux difficultés grandissantes du terrain, une équipe de bibliothécaires d'Echirolles, ville de 36 000 habitants située dans l'agglomération grenobloise, a mis en place par étapes un certain nombre d'actions : formation individuelle et collective, stage de connaissance des publics, audit organisationnel, questionnement sur l'identité et les missions respectives de la bibliothèque et de ses partenaires, intervention d'un psychosociologue et enfin supervision d'équipe avec un thérapeute.
