Should it be a specific type of training? In this environment, what future can be outlined for the "youth specialist" in the training programme for librarians?
- Résumé : Après avoir analysé l'histoire d'une profession, l'auteur propose une réflexion sur la formation des bibliothécaires pour la jeunesse aujourd'hui. A l'époque de tous les changements mutations technologiques, nouveaux statuts, disparition du Certificat d'aptitude aux fonctions de bibliothécaire, la profession de bibliothécaire pour la jeunesse est en danger et la situation de la formation se pose de façon cruciale. Faut-il une formation spécifique ? Dans cet environnement, quel avenir se dessine pour une « spécialité jeunesse » dans les cursus de formation des bibliothécaires ?
