Approche allemande des outils de gestion (L')

- Résumé en allemand : Während des letzten Jahrzents ist man in Deutschland dazu übergegangen Managementmethoden im Bibliotheksbereich anzuwenden. Im Zuge dieser Entwicklung hat die Bertelsmann-Stiftung das Projekt "Nutzungsvergleich öffentlicher Bibliothekenin Angriff genommen. Hierfür hat sie neue Managementwerkzeuge entwickelt und getestet, um die Leistung des Service und der eingesetzten Mittel zu steigern. Das Vergleichsprinzip hat allen beteiligten Bibliotheken ermöglicht über ihren Brillenrand zu schauen und aus den Erfahrungen der anderen zu lernen. Der Artikel, der die wesentlichen Punkte des Projekts vorstellt, bezieht sich auf eine Veröffentlichung der Bertelsmann-Stiftung, die Werkzeuge, Methoden und Ergebnisse präsentiert.
- Résumé en anglais : In Germany, over the course of the last decade, we have sought to apply management methods in the domain of the library. Enrolled in this evolution, the Bertelsmann Foundation has embarked on a project of "comparison of the exploitation of public libraries" for which it has created and tested new management tools aimed at improving the performance of the service and efficiency of the means employed. The principle of comparison has allowed each participating library to look beyond its own walls and profit from the experience of others. This article presents the principal axes of the project and refers them to a publication by the Bertelsmann Foundation presenting tools, methods and results.
- Résumé : En Allemagne, au cours de la dernière décennie, on a cherché à appliquer des méthodes de management au domaine des bibliothèques. S'inscrivant dans cette évolution, la Fondation Bertelsmann a entrepris un projet de « Comparaison d'exploitation dans les bibliothèques publiques » pour lequel elle a créé et testé de nouveaux outils de gestion destinés à améliorer la performance du service et l'efficacité des moyens employés. Le principe de comparaison a permis à chaque bibliothèque participante de regarder au-delà de ses propres murs et de tirer profit des expériences des autres. L'article présente les principaux axes du projet et se réfère à la publication de la Fondation Bertelsmann présentant outils, méthodes et résultats.
